TOP BRASS ACT
We are still getting one fax after the other from the same people who claim they are the top brass and God’s gift to society. First off, we have been through a lot. We have some of the biggest pain in the asses who occupy office and high level offices and to be very honest, it is usually an old dinosaur whacked out cracker who has to be told what to do and how to do it right or its some crazy rebellious left winger. That is how this situation is what it is. If they want honesty or our feelings they will get it. The ghettoes of Europe are becoming a market economy with vast riches while we are frustrated more and more. We simply want a piece of the action and have been put through a lot.
We have no problem yelling at them and putting them in their place. We have had top brass in my entire life and we know real brass when we see it. We were raised by military Generals, they are top brass. To give us more annoyances and piss others off more about how they are the top brass, is exactly why the situation is so messed up. If we had our choice, which we do not but trust us, we would fire so many people for being the bottle neck of failure and annoyance they are. There is not a single doubt what their fate would be. It is that simple, it is a bottleneck.
We have had top brass in our life and our entire life. It is unfortunate that the real brass and the real people do not last forever. Maybe this is why the situation got so messed up? They probably are behind getting rid of the real top brass and they probably thought this would be even easier. To come to us and say they are this and that is phony and it is a personification of what kind of ass we am speaking to.
Take your brass, take your authority, take whatever you do to justify your pitiful and measly life and stick it up your ass so that your head has a friend and company. That is as honest as it can get. We know brass when we see it, we know when a pain in the ass is before us and this is why we were raised by Generals. To say they are an equal, a partner or whatever only invites a ballistic anger of ass chewing to put this crap back in the ghetto it crawled out of. Don’t ever tell us to calm down while chewing off a pitiful terrorist is underway.
Do not deceive anyone with rank, stupidity, authority or the crazy invention of both weak and pitiful human characters. We do not wish to speak or deal with a crazy old hag of a cracker or some whiny insignificant leftist who thinks they are so special. We would chew them out and deport them for bringing this situation to where it is by trying to create an impasse. Do these people get it or are they so retarded and ignorant they are beyond help? They cannot keep their hands off others, they cannot keep their mouth shut, they cannot control the urge to attack, and now they want to control others and especially while they are in their strongest hours. How strong is that and how strong of a character is this? They can go and speak to the real prosecutors as we have reiterated thousands of times already. Who you are and who your character is depends on who you have around you. We are soldiers not a bunch of leftists or revolutionaries.
We have had top brass and the highest of power in our entire life and we have never witness such a vagrant of an annoyance in our life. It is incredible how these people use authority while they have an insatiable penchant to rip people off or deceive them. It does not fool anyone and we already know… give us an effing break with the BS, we would chew their heads off and fire them in an instant but they send out anonymous faxes. Now they say their feelings are hurt and they want to put a warrant out for our arrest. Go talk to the real prosecutors, they will love to hear the story or the complaining. We will call every authority on earth and let them know they decided not to be clandestine any longer, trust me. We need them to act crazy like this so we can document just how clandestine they are and let others know. We need to chew out their supervisors and rip their heads off, trust us. We will also let everyone know these people are probably under surveillance and they probably know why. They probably have a warrant out for their arrest and this is why they are so clandestine or have to do what they did. There is a warrant out for their arrest so they must be clandestine they must send out these anonymous faxes we have been getting. Mega joules do not lie.
It is one damn good act trying to pull off one damn good scam after another, it is absolutely disgusting. We chew their head off for being so pathetic while claiming to be this or that. We allow the real prosecutors the chance to tell this SOB to take their scam or their top brass whiny annoying rip off and shove it up their effing butt where their heads are so far involved. The joke about this SOB is it would not make one difference. They probably think they are good and helpful but in truth, all they are is deserving of getting their head ripped off for an elaborate continuous rip off. There is a big difference between top brass and having a warrant out for your arrest and resorting to sneaking around and winning the trust of others by scamming them. There is a difference between top brass and being under surveillance because you are scamming everyone and are clandestine. Not everyone sneaks around like this and claims to be top brass because it is not even believable. You can’t help but to laugh and laugh at them, but they are so cruel and mean they do not get the joke. You tell them that joke and the urge to attack or get revenge overcomes them. They start sending you thousands of anonymous faxes for your entire life. Tell them that joke and they go after your friends and family, and then complain about 20 you sent to them.
Everybody knows what top brass is and who is under surveillance or has a warrant out for their arrest. They do not need to try another rip off or scam. This top brass fax, we are the authority fax, and all the rest of the faxes is nothing more than an elaborate misconception. About the faxes they keep mentioning, they flooded us and loved ones with unwanted faxes, it was responded with 20 to stop. They are trying to win over the trust of unsuspecting people and acting like they are looking for a hero to save them. They are looking for a hero search and block anyone who is not their hero. After the 15th fax we sent in 2001, they kept increasing the pressure to be their hero and began threatening loved ones like it was funny or they were playing around. They were insulted and made fun of in the fax and told to knock it off if there is a misunderstanding. Jokes make them go on attack because they are so cruel and mean. They treat you viciously if you do not want to be their hero. Now they say they are the top brass and this is a big brass joke and an equal scam. They sent us over 6,000 faxes then arrested us twice; this is a total scam by a very manipulative scam artist who cannot control their mouth, their attitude, and their behavior. We will let the real prosecutors deal with them because we are not very fond of them. We want to chew out their supervisors and call their supervisors to complain so we can get or record what they say for the record. Then we will let our lawyers handle the rest.
What kind of damn scam artist… would complain about how others hurt their feelings when they have no right whatsoever to even open their mouths? What is this about top brass? Explain this top brass and prove it. We have yet to meet, seen any ID, or anything; now the word is top brass. We are just fed up… fed up with these people. This is not just the FBI dinosaurs who keep telling us how they are top brass either; it is much more than just an FBI problem. The FBI is divided and fracturing but silenced by this top brass probably. These are the same people going around telling everyone they are delusional and nuts, when they are so whacked out and running some scam to rip others off. Does anyone honestly believe they are trying to help or just mess up everything because they are whacked out or zonked out? Top brass is just a way to say come and get us. People know top brass when they see it. It is so annoying to work with them; we will be very honest about this. Their supervisors should have the courage to chew them out or fire them instead of having us do this. Maybe their supervisors need to be chewed out by the top brass? Oh wait, they are the top brass. The joke is for real.
They are always playing around in such an annoying manner. They need to be spanked like a child. You know these people are always playing around and we do not know why their supervisors do not chew them out or rip their heads off. We always end up doing this or having to do this while they rip us off, note while they rip us off. We always end up doing the job for someone who gets the paycheck and we are fed up. Rich is good and royalty is better. They say we can’t get in or can’t do anything for a paycheck now. We can’t have a piece of the action because our funds were cut off. We are not allowed in the inner circle or the secret society because we are too competitive and not pathetic enough. If you want in you have to be pathetic and lazy. Can we say busted and busted hard? You cannot possibly fall any higher then what they did. They got so high up there, then they messed up everything so badly, there is no way to fall any harder.
Take a look at what they did and how they made us fall. The best word is busted and busted hard. It is that dinosaur hag of a cracker. We know what the top brass is because we were raised by the top brass. We do not need to hear a speech about how they are top brass or how this is an inside job. The word is busted. You cannot fall any harder and they cannot make anyone fall any harder either. Explain what this rip off and scam is for to the prosecutors the 6,000 faxes sent to judges. Explain what this blockade was about and how the cyber and satellite warfare program can’t get in because it is not pathetic enough. We did all the work and they got the bill or the check? This is the usual suspect and the usual scam; now they are sending out faxes about how they are the top brass. They are still sending us faxes after ten years and they are going to get chewed out again. It gets more ridiculous. This fax about top brass is ridiculous. Why do they think they are getting chewed out and about to have the hardest fall possible, because they are good and want to help? That attitude and that mouth, then everybody has to do the work while they get the pay and no clean up. They are immune from cleaning it up because they are a top brass scam.
Then they play this chicken game or a suicide game because their feelings are hurt while they say how they want to help. It is so annoying. They know they will be chewed out and have their head ripped off for this. They know a warrant will be out for their arrest. Everything they touch they mess up or they play this suicide game with your life because they think they are the top brass when it is nothing but a scam and a rip off. That’s why we can’t get in, because of this scam. The supervisors will not do anything about it and we end up having to chew their heads off and trying to get rid of them because their supervisors do not have the courage to. Maybe they feel their employees will retaliate or use something against them. You just cannot get too engaged with these people because it is kryptonite to your life.
If they want to rip us off, make excuses, be an annoyance, or scam us anymore, we can test and show whomever how many faxes they wish to send out and how panicked they get when the same thing happens to them. Then they can tell everyone how their family had to suffer, how many faxes they sent out, and what they wrote or tried to write down. They deserve to have their head ripped off for running a scam and saying how we panic too much and send out all these faxes as proof of what they were doing. Mega joules do not lie or scam others. When your family or loved ones are targeted, you too will panic and send out faxes unless you enjoy watching or are behind it. They have no respect for privacy or others.
They may say they were only trying to win over the trust of others and wanted to help or had services we were interested in. It was a scam and rip off in order to retaliate and also threaten others to do things they did not want or enjoy to do. If you didn’t they threatened you with arrest, not once but twice. Nobody wanted to listen to their attitudes and mouth while they sent you over 6,000 faxes over a period of ten years and this does not matter if they feel they are the top brass or not. Don’t they think our 20 faxes are really quiet compared to over 6,000 faxes?
Our written documents stand as proof alone; but when you send a judge over 6,000 faxes and are notified and have your head chewed off 5,999 times; that judge may have a few kind words clandestine or not. That judge may put a warrant out for your arrest. That judge may alert everyone of what type of person you truly are. That judge may throw the book at you and make sure you deserve every ounce of pain and grief life has to offer. It is that attitude, that mouth and that top brass that we chewed out. It is all documented and so is the 20 we sent. Is there any doubt about over 6,000 faxes which we responded with 20? Why are they sending us 6,000 faxes to begin with, we do not even know them, met them, or have written anything which would even suggest one conversation.
Mega joules do not lie or scam others. Tell us what the problem is, who the problem is, what you want us to do and stop complaining about how your feelings are hurt because supervisors think they are delusional and threatening. It is a scam and their feelings are hurt, there is nothing more to say or do about it but to tell them their behavior is disgusting. If they want to argue about it, then this can be proved beyond a reasonable doubt. Their feelings being hurt are not going to be provable. It is all a scam by the creative mind of a scam artist who is not getting their heads ripped off for it until now. As we said, these people are always playing around and working with them is very unproductive (so annoying) because you have to point out every single mistake and yell, then their feelings get hurt and they retaliate or try to pull off an elaborate scam. We are fed up with that mouth. We know top brass and what top brass is, we do not need to be told what it is unless they need to be told what it is. These people have an attitude problem along with some other problems.
Whoever this top brass is, they are telling us we sent them 20 faxes and they had no choice but to arrest us because we sent them 20 faxes. Keep in mind; we are keeping track of how many faxes they sent without permission, note permission. We sent out 20 faxes because they flooded us, so 20 were reasonable and a minute attempt to get them to go away or tell the top brass who were behind this to stop flooding us with faxes and either trying to win the trust of to our loved ones and others or threatening them by retaliation. They just popped up out of nowhere and turned everything into an absolute mess and they still insist how they are the top brass. The total amount of faxes we received was over 6,000 and we are told the people behind it are under surveillance by the real authorities. Regardless, we get this mouth, we get this attitude, and they point the finger constantly at us. They want the truth and honesty, they will get this. They demand transparency and all of these standards, they will get it. What else do they want in writing? They better have a good explanation for the public, the prosecutors, the military and others. Top brass is a joke. If they think it is uncomfortable, just wait and see how uncomfortable it is going to get. All they want to do is winning or continue. Take the b and the r off the word brass and they will get the answer they always wanted.
If these people want honesty and our personal feelings, then the above is how we feel about the past two days. See, on Monday December 17, 2007 someone must have rung their bell. When they get their bell rung, their feelings get hurt, right or wrongly. They now want revenge and retaliation. Next thing you know, we are under attack by 6pm that night and do not know how long this is going to be. For the next two days our internet is blocked and we begin getting faxes about calming down or how they are the top brass. So we decided to just go to bed and see if they will go away, work in the middle of the night or try to get something done at night instead without getting upset or being upset. We now woke up at 3am and began work again. Someone had left a fax about how they were the top brass and our internet was still blocked. After hearing this fax about top brass, we went ballistic and wanted to write an honest response while asking the public to do what we are doing and chew out their supervisors. This chapter is just an honest view into the fax about top brass. Maybe they will also send them a fax about how they are the top brass or send some fax out telling others to calm down. On the third day, we wake up and find out Washington DC is on fire. Classic.
In the past, they have put us under siege for months by doing every computer attack in the book. In one month, they destroyed 3 high end computers and caused probably four thousand dollars. Our teacher, our mentor and now our top brass; the one we worship and the one who has picked us to be the hero of the poor. We have had top brass in our entire life and all of a sudden, out emerges this character. Were they shadowing top brass also and this is how they found us? Now, they have abandoned most if not all of the computer attacks except reading email, denial of service, blocking and frustration maneuvers. They are bold, very good and our masters.
We really do not care about their feelings, their authority, how poor they are or how many faxes they send out. Heck we got over 6,000 already. If they will just fax the real prosecutors and make this easier to prosecute them, they will not need to be clandestine any longer. We do not even like how they walk in the same room and pass gas repeatedly and laugh while telling us we are powerless and they are powerful. These masters are powerful at passing gas and joking about it. At first it was once or twice a day, then if you show any sign or being agitated or annoyed, they increase it to three or four times a day. If you try to ignore them, then they try to make you puke, they are that disgusting but very powerful masters.
Does this sound like top brass? How does top brass explain the 6000 plus faxes they sent while complaining and arresting us over 20 when we asked them to stop? If they gave us a phone number or maybe show some ID, then we would send back each and every one of the 6,000 plus faxes right back to the sender. We would load their faxes in a stealth bomber and drop leaflets as propaganda, then blaming it on ourselves so we can seek their support, the support of their top brass and their consumerism. Instead we had to document them and analyze them to figure out who and what it was. We did not classify events like that as an attack, those are merely attempts to humiliate us and it is not their dominion to determine humiliation. Humiliation is our own dominion. Attacks are what they are intended for to include revenge seeking. So this is why they did not get 6,000 plus faxes returned and back to the sender, they got 20 faxes from us and it is documented because identical ones were sent to three parties simultaneously and it is documented. We are dealing with absolute criminals who like to complain and boast about what they do or how they do it. It is a scam and an elaborate rip off but if we were paid nearly what they get paid; we too would probably try and get a piece of the action.
We also do not consider the email and online purchases as an attack. By reading our email they were tapping into personal and hygiene items we were buying. We were forced to buy thousands of dollars worth of merchandise online because they had made matters so difficult so they began blocking them and turning our purchases into rip offs. They began tampering with things; using purchases to steal money and making us call them for help and give them money. A kerosene heater bought for over two hundred dollars filled the room with thick black smoke and coated every room with thick black carbon deposits. You could not paint over it either. Wireless routers did not work or were the wrong items. Computer parts didn’t work and it was one complaint against merchants after another while their merchants would flat out take your money. In the end, we became disenchanted with online business also. We would get ripped off weekly of hundreds of dollars. Yes in one purchase four hundred dollars was taken in one transaction and nothing was done because they were overseas. We are glad they feel they are the teachers, we are so glad they are our teachers, they can begin by refunding the four hundred dollars and the other things mentioned to their student. This is how we thank our teachers and our masters. Those are just examples of the ten years but we did not classify them as attacks whatsoever. They were classified as rip offs. There is also personal life, love life, loved ones and friends, vandalism, scolding, financial, etc… which was classified as attacks.
Someone rung their bell or their day did not go well and they sought revenge. It is that simple. To seek this revenge our internet was blocked and our operating system had the security turned off. We run software and tests constantly like with satellites to test data bit analysis. All we did was do a good or better job. It is that simple. This time they really ticked us off with the top brass fax. Put a name and number on it so we can pass this on to the prosecutors. They ignored the fact they sent out over 6,000 faxes while complaining about 20 of them which was our only option because we could not watch in horror. It is that simple. The requests were that simple, knock it off. We are not going to send them 20 faxes this time because they are going to complain about it. We will let the real prosecutors and our lawyers do this. We know if we send out a fax, they will begin scolding “what is wrong with you” and “calm down.” We know all about them and how they operate because they were the ones who sent out the faxes to begin with. At least we put our names and numbers on 20 faxes and can be accountable to explain them. They started this whole matter by flooding us with faxes. If they wish to send the 20 back, then that is fine, put a name and number so we can identify them for the prosecutors. To get a warrant for someone, you have to document everything or have a witness. They are not able to be clandestine. Their entire existence is about being clandestine which brings us to the second arrest when they did a blatant home invasion. We need them to help the real prosecutors identify them. What does top brass have to do with anything? There are laws which say you cannot strap a desk to your body and charge others in a threatening manner and most especially with wave after wave fashion. Where they got this desk we do not know but they strapped themselves to it also.
So they know where to put their top brass fax. They should have given us four stars, treated us like kings, treated us with respect and honesty, and made sure we did not get attacked or humiliated. Instead, they chose to rip us off, take us hostage, use fear and intimidation, imprison us, and humiliate us for ten years plus. They have a fascination with strip searches and it is humiliating when they want twenty of them. They should be charged ten thousand dollars for each of the twenty strip searches, six by the Niagara County, NY and the remainder by the federal authorities. This does not include the medical problems. They were looking for a hero to save the poor which quickly turned into a hostage taking to overwhelm or force the matter. It was a desk riot and they were in it. That was just exactly what one of their faxes was about so we are sending it back to the original sender with a little message attached, that’s all. They should have given us four stars and the respect any other human being deserves. Instead, they decided to wage war in the most immoral mode possible and give no thought to the idea that what they were doing was even slightly wrong. They gave no entertainment to the idea that they had to seek approval or authorization, which would have been turned down anyhow. Even if they sought authorization or approval it would have been turned down but we would have had their identity and could have prosecuted or forwarded this to the real prosecutors. Whatever, we are not really engaged or paying attention by the noisy mouth or the foul attitude. Whenever we want an explanation, they ignore it and proceed to rip us off or go on this uncontrollable attack mode where they are compelled to mess everything up day in and day out nonstop.
If they send out one more fax or tell us to calm down because they are the top brass, we will put them into anger management class for the rest of their life. This is their way of passing gas and laughing about it because they are always playing around. They are absolute criminals and now they are complaining about 20 faxes sent to them asking them to knock it off, get away from that girl, and we are not going to watch. Like usual, they increase the misery and the 20th fax we have to send is usually to surrender. We told them their game was not painful to us but much too painful to watch when we are forced to watched loved ones hurt by them. We are commanders and the best soldiers, friends and family are not. What kind of damn scam artist… would complain about how others hurt their feelings when they have no right whatsoever to even open their mouths or threaten loved ones. They do not want to talk to them, but you know what, they sent over 6,000 plus anonymous faxes. Then in the second home invasion, they said we were trying to talk to their girl and was chasing their girl with a knife and a stick by going into her apartment. That is what the police report and the deposition says, look it up. This is why we do not even want to talk to them or receive their faxes day in and day out. This is why they are instructed to never go near any loved ones or friends. Faxes are to be sent to real prosecutors or our lawyers, not us and loved ones. They try to pressure you all the time and force you to break down because they are extremely cruel and mean while they refuse to leave. Now they are complaining about 20 faxes that we sent in 2001 and how they are the top brass. That 20th fax, is documented, and said we surrender and we were arrested and put in federal prison. The ones before it pleaded with them to stop and they sensed a weakness so they actually went for a kill. The attitude was only “hey what are you doing and why are you coming here, why are you sending us all these faxes.” Their attitude when asked was, “we are not doing anything wrong.” Okay then who is and why are they there?
Everybody prosecutor is going to look at history and say the same thing, why didn’t you just give them four stars and let them run their war. Just leave them alone unless you cannot do a better job. Why didn’t you treat them with the respect and honor they deserve and just kept your mouth shut? Why did you have to give them an attitude problem and terrorize their life by holding them hostage for ten years? Why and why was this necessary? Why didn’t you give the four stars everyone is telling you now? Then they are going to say, is this true and the full truth? Why did you tell them they were kicked out and cannot get a piece of the action and prevented from working whatsoever? Did you try to send faxes to their loved ones or win their trust and replace them? Did you try to put thoughts into their minds or force them to defend their lives and everything they have? Did you try to rip them off or pull a scam with a fax about being top brass? Why didn’t you send it to everyone or the real prosecutors to analyze? Why did you block their lawyers? They can either turn themselves in or run. We know they are like nomads and hard to track down because they are always running. Explain the fax about being stuck or trapped. How many times were your feelings hurt and the urge to attack or seek revenge was so overpowering you would not let them go into public? Lastly is who else was this tried on and was it successful?
By sending us this last fax about top brass, we have to use the expletive and fill in top brass with the government. The home invasion was the work of the Niagara Falls Police, the State of New York and their family heritage. Why they circumvented our lawyers, the real prosecutors and the entire legal process we do not know, but it has to do with being clandestine and having a warrant out for their arrest. They should have respected our wishes and our 20 faxes by not making us a hostage. They should have respected our differences and left us alone to enjoy life or the riches of our work. Instead, they put themselves, us and the nation under extreme humiliation because they wanted a piece of what is ours and a piece of the action. This book simply is the manual explaining this and the cyber and satellite warfare program which we were moving offshore at the time due to the events and pressure to be transparent or fully honest. Being fully honest is not a problem and will not be. We are the best soldiers on earth who are also engineers and scientists; not lawyers, terrorists, radicals, scam artists and politicians. How much more honest does the left want, need or demand? They can also speak to the real prosecutors, our lawyers and the public when they are under scrutiny. We are done and we are not even engaged in the matter any further. Stop sending faxes about top brass; we take this as the entire government, not the rotten core. We were raised by the top brass so we know top brass when we see it. If the left has a problem, then we will gladly chew out their supervisors when they begin putting their names on their faxes. Also, stop sending the fax about how they want to speak to our supervisors, we stand alone. We are not one hundred per cent sure if they understand or can process this information; we want them to understanding our clear and concise position on the matter. We are educating the public about the relationship between government, the military and the totality of the world we live in. We are not trying to educate the public on how or why they need to be the heroes of the poor and the global left. We are also the best soldiers and hostage rescuers so we make critical decisions which others live with, not revolt against. We are the people’s top brass, not the top brass’s top ass.
Maybe the same people behind this need to receive floods of anonymous faxes to upset them daily like they like to do and giggle about? One of their stupid anonymous faxes and we go ballistic, try 6,000 plus of them. In total they were chewed out 5,999 plus times and they still do not get it. Now we have to chew out their supervisors and prosecute because our order of protection was refused. We will document every refusal and write up a scientific response, not dogma. Understand this clearly, we are engineers not lawyers, we do not know what to do or how to do it because we were not born with innate primal evil. We were born just into the world and we are not trying to justify this to anyone, top brass or not. Just decide who they believe we do not care and were never engaged in this from the get go. The only time we were engaged was with a girl and the 20 faxes telling them to knock it off.
The only person capable of this behavior is an organized leftist religious group with devotion and dogma behind them. They enjoy sending out these anonymous faxes while complaining about 20 we made to get them to stop, maybe everyone should return the favor. How did they come to the conclusion we were the lucky people to receive all of their faxes and attacks? They said we cannot have four stars until they get a piece of action or until we are destroyed. Whatever, we are the best soldiers, we do not care anyhow. Who is around you makes you who you become; we are ready to chew some heads off. We are not fully ready to have a word with some supervisors but soon we will ask the public if they wish to watch when we chew off some supervisors. If the talent is here; then we will be enablers. We have a lot of work to do and are missing a lot in life having born with only one life to live. Welcome to our parade because our life was stolen. It is like one of those street kids or hardened criminals they pick up all the time who cannot control the urge to attack others or anger them. They cannot control the urge to put their hands on others. They cannot control the urge as if their central nervous system has given up on them.
That nappy speech by the Congresswoman from California about how it was such a happy and proud moment for the nation because a bill was passed raising the miles per gallon of automobiles to 35 is an example of how tacky you want to just say no to the left. A parade they were not in but being dragged by invisible forces of failure and paranoia to arrest invisible forces. Now we get a fax from them again informing us they are the top brass but we do not get to see any ID or any sort of identification, so we send the fax back and continue on the parade. If they are aching to prosecute, then they have all the reasons in the world to be mean. This top brass fax, we are the authority fax, and all the rest of the faxes is nothing more than an elaborate misconception. About the faxes they keep mentioning, they flooded us and loved ones with unwanted faxes, it was responded with 20 to stop. They are trying to win over the trust of unsuspecting people and acting like they are looking for a hero to save them. They are looking for a hero search and block anyone who is not their hero. After the 15th fax we sent in 2001, they kept increasing the pressure to be their hero and began threatening loved ones like it was funny or they were playing around. They were insulted and made fun of in the fax and told to knock it off if there is a misunderstanding. Jokes make them go on attack because they are so cruel and mean. They treat you viciously if you do not want to be their hero. Now they say they are the top brass and this is a big brass joke and an equal scam. They sent us over 6,000 faxes then arrested us twice; this is a total scam by a very manipulative scam artist who cannot control their mouth, their attitude, and their behavior. We will let the real prosecutors deal with them because we are not very fond of them. We want to chew out their supervisors and call their supervisors to complain so we can get or record what they say for the record. Then we will let our lawyers handle the rest.
What kind of damn scam artist… would complain about how others hurt their feelings when they have no right whatsoever to even open their mouths? What is this about top brass? Explain this top brass and prove it. We have yet to meet, seen any ID, or anything; now the word is top brass. We are just fed up… fed up with these people. This is not just the FBI dinosaurs who keep telling us how they are top brass either; it is much more than just an FBI problem. The FBI is divided and fracturing but silenced by this top brass probably. These are the same people going around telling everyone they are delusional and nuts, when they are so whacked out and running some scam to rip others off. Does anyone honestly believe they are trying to help or just mess up everything because they are whacked out or zonked out? Top brass is just a way to say come and get us. People know top brass when they see it. It is so annoying to work with them; we will be very honest about this. Their supervisors should have the courage to chew them out or fire them instead of having us do this. Maybe their supervisors need to be chewed out by the top brass? Oh wait, they are the top brass. The joke is for real.
They are always playing around in such an annoying manner. They need to be spanked like a child. You know these people are always playing around and we do not know why their supervisors do not chew them out or rip their heads off. We always end up doing this or having to do this while they rip us off, note while they rip us off. We always end up doing the job for someone who gets the paycheck and we are fed up. Rich is good and royalty is better. They say we can’t get in or can’t do anything for a paycheck now. We can’t have a piece of the action because our funds were cut off. We are not allowed in the inner circle or the secret society because we are too competitive and not pathetic enough. If you want in you have to be pathetic and lazy. Can we say busted and busted hard? You cannot possibly fall any higher then what they did. They got so high up there, then they messed up everything so badly, there is no way to fall any harder.
Take a look at what they did and how they made us fall. The best word is busted and busted hard. It is that dinosaur hag of a cracker. We know what the top brass is because we were raised by the top brass. We do not need to hear a speech about how they are top brass or how this is an inside job. The word is busted. You cannot fall any harder and they cannot make anyone fall any harder either. Explain what this rip off and scam is for to the prosecutors the 6,000 faxes sent to judges. Explain what this blockade was about and how the cyber and satellite warfare program can’t get in because it is not pathetic enough. We did all the work and they got the bill or the check? This is the usual suspect and the usual scam; now they are sending out faxes about how they are the top brass. They are still sending us faxes after ten years and they are going to get chewed out again. It gets more ridiculous. This fax about top brass is ridiculous. Why do they think they are getting chewed out and about to have the hardest fall possible, because they are good and want to help? That attitude and that mouth, then everybody has to do the work while they get the pay and no clean up. They are immune from cleaning it up because they are a top brass scam.
Then they play this chicken game or a suicide game because their feelings are hurt while they say how they want to help. It is so annoying. They know they will be chewed out and have their head ripped off for this. They know a warrant will be out for their arrest. Everything they touch they mess up or they play this suicide game with your life because they think they are the top brass when it is nothing but a scam and a rip off. That’s why we can’t get in, because of this scam. The supervisors will not do anything about it and we end up having to chew their heads off and trying to get rid of them because their supervisors do not have the courage to. Maybe they feel their employees will retaliate or use something against them. You just cannot get too engaged with these people because it is kryptonite to your life.
If they want to rip us off, make excuses, be an annoyance, or scam us anymore, we can test and show whomever how many faxes they wish to send out and how panicked they get when the same thing happens to them. Then they can tell everyone how their family had to suffer, how many faxes they sent out, and what they wrote or tried to write down. They deserve to have their head ripped off for running a scam and saying how we panic too much and send out all these faxes as proof of what they were doing. Mega joules do not lie or scam others. When your family or loved ones are targeted, you too will panic and send out faxes unless you enjoy watching or are behind it. They have no respect for privacy or others.
They may say they were only trying to win over the trust of others and wanted to help or had services we were interested in. It was a scam and rip off in order to retaliate and also threaten others to do things they did not want or enjoy to do. If you didn’t they threatened you with arrest, not once but twice. Nobody wanted to listen to their attitudes and mouth while they sent you over 6,000 faxes over a period of ten years and this does not matter if they feel they are the top brass or not. Don’t they think our 20 faxes are really quiet compared to over 6,000 faxes?
Our written documents stand as proof alone; but when you send a judge over 6,000 faxes and are notified and have your head chewed off 5,999 times; that judge may have a few kind words clandestine or not. That judge may put a warrant out for your arrest. That judge may alert everyone of what type of person you truly are. That judge may throw the book at you and make sure you deserve every ounce of pain and grief life has to offer. It is that attitude, that mouth and that top brass that we chewed out. It is all documented and so is the 20 we sent. Is there any doubt about over 6,000 faxes which we responded with 20? Why are they sending us 6,000 faxes to begin with, we do not even know them, met them, or have written anything which would even suggest one conversation.
Mega joules do not lie or scam others. Tell us what the problem is, who the problem is, what you want us to do and stop complaining about how your feelings are hurt because supervisors think they are delusional and threatening. It is a scam and their feelings are hurt, there is nothing more to say or do about it but to tell them their behavior is disgusting. If they want to argue about it, then this can be proved beyond a reasonable doubt. Their feelings being hurt are not going to be provable. It is all a scam by the creative mind of a scam artist who is not getting their heads ripped off for it until now. As we said, these people are always playing around and working with them is very unproductive (so annoying) because you have to point out every single mistake and yell, then their feelings get hurt and they retaliate or try to pull off an elaborate scam. We are fed up with that mouth. We know top brass and what top brass is, we do not need to be told what it is unless they need to be told what it is. These people have an attitude problem along with some other problems.
Whoever this top brass is, they are telling us we sent them 20 faxes and they had no choice but to arrest us because we sent them 20 faxes. Keep in mind; we are keeping track of how many faxes they sent without permission, note permission. We sent out 20 faxes because they flooded us, so 20 were reasonable and a minute attempt to get them to go away or tell the top brass who were behind this to stop flooding us with faxes and either trying to win the trust of to our loved ones and others or threatening them by retaliation. They just popped up out of nowhere and turned everything into an absolute mess and they still insist how they are the top brass. The total amount of faxes we received was over 6,000 and we are told the people behind it are under surveillance by the real authorities. Regardless, we get this mouth, we get this attitude, and they point the finger constantly at us. They want the truth and honesty, they will get this. They demand transparency and all of these standards, they will get it. What else do they want in writing? They better have a good explanation for the public, the prosecutors, the military and others. Top brass is a joke. If they think it is uncomfortable, just wait and see how uncomfortable it is going to get. All they want to do is winning or continue. Take the b and the r off the word brass and they will get the answer they always wanted.
If these people want honesty and our personal feelings, then the above is how we feel about the past two days. See, on Monday December 17, 2007 someone must have rung their bell. When they get their bell rung, their feelings get hurt, right or wrongly. They now want revenge and retaliation. Next thing you know, we are under attack by 6pm that night and do not know how long this is going to be. For the next two days our internet is blocked and we begin getting faxes about calming down or how they are the top brass. So we decided to just go to bed and see if they will go away, work in the middle of the night or try to get something done at night instead without getting upset or being upset. We now woke up at 3am and began work again. Someone had left a fax about how they were the top brass and our internet was still blocked. After hearing this fax about top brass, we went ballistic and wanted to write an honest response while asking the public to do what we are doing and chew out their supervisors. This chapter is just an honest view into the fax about top brass. Maybe they will also send them a fax about how they are the top brass or send some fax out telling others to calm down. On the third day, we wake up and find out Washington DC is on fire. Classic.
In the past, they have put us under siege for months by doing every computer attack in the book. In one month, they destroyed 3 high end computers and caused probably four thousand dollars. Our teacher, our mentor and now our top brass; the one we worship and the one who has picked us to be the hero of the poor. We have had top brass in our entire life and all of a sudden, out emerges this character. Were they shadowing top brass also and this is how they found us? Now, they have abandoned most if not all of the computer attacks except reading email, denial of service, blocking and frustration maneuvers. They are bold, very good and our masters.
We really do not care about their feelings, their authority, how poor they are or how many faxes they send out. Heck we got over 6,000 already. If they will just fax the real prosecutors and make this easier to prosecute them, they will not need to be clandestine any longer. We do not even like how they walk in the same room and pass gas repeatedly and laugh while telling us we are powerless and they are powerful. These masters are powerful at passing gas and joking about it. At first it was once or twice a day, then if you show any sign or being agitated or annoyed, they increase it to three or four times a day. If you try to ignore them, then they try to make you puke, they are that disgusting but very powerful masters.
Does this sound like top brass? How does top brass explain the 6000 plus faxes they sent while complaining and arresting us over 20 when we asked them to stop? If they gave us a phone number or maybe show some ID, then we would send back each and every one of the 6,000 plus faxes right back to the sender. We would load their faxes in a stealth bomber and drop leaflets as propaganda, then blaming it on ourselves so we can seek their support, the support of their top brass and their consumerism. Instead we had to document them and analyze them to figure out who and what it was. We did not classify events like that as an attack, those are merely attempts to humiliate us and it is not their dominion to determine humiliation. Humiliation is our own dominion. Attacks are what they are intended for to include revenge seeking. So this is why they did not get 6,000 plus faxes returned and back to the sender, they got 20 faxes from us and it is documented because identical ones were sent to three parties simultaneously and it is documented. We are dealing with absolute criminals who like to complain and boast about what they do or how they do it. It is a scam and an elaborate rip off but if we were paid nearly what they get paid; we too would probably try and get a piece of the action.
We also do not consider the email and online purchases as an attack. By reading our email they were tapping into personal and hygiene items we were buying. We were forced to buy thousands of dollars worth of merchandise online because they had made matters so difficult so they began blocking them and turning our purchases into rip offs. They began tampering with things; using purchases to steal money and making us call them for help and give them money. A kerosene heater bought for over two hundred dollars filled the room with thick black smoke and coated every room with thick black carbon deposits. You could not paint over it either. Wireless routers did not work or were the wrong items. Computer parts didn’t work and it was one complaint against merchants after another while their merchants would flat out take your money. In the end, we became disenchanted with online business also. We would get ripped off weekly of hundreds of dollars. Yes in one purchase four hundred dollars was taken in one transaction and nothing was done because they were overseas. We are glad they feel they are the teachers, we are so glad they are our teachers, they can begin by refunding the four hundred dollars and the other things mentioned to their student. This is how we thank our teachers and our masters. Those are just examples of the ten years but we did not classify them as attacks whatsoever. They were classified as rip offs. There is also personal life, love life, loved ones and friends, vandalism, scolding, financial, etc… which was classified as attacks.
Someone rung their bell or their day did not go well and they sought revenge. It is that simple. To seek this revenge our internet was blocked and our operating system had the security turned off. We run software and tests constantly like with satellites to test data bit analysis. All we did was do a good or better job. It is that simple. This time they really ticked us off with the top brass fax. Put a name and number on it so we can pass this on to the prosecutors. They ignored the fact they sent out over 6,000 faxes while complaining about 20 of them which was our only option because we could not watch in horror. It is that simple. The requests were that simple, knock it off. We are not going to send them 20 faxes this time because they are going to complain about it. We will let the real prosecutors and our lawyers do this. We know if we send out a fax, they will begin scolding “what is wrong with you” and “calm down.” We know all about them and how they operate because they were the ones who sent out the faxes to begin with. At least we put our names and numbers on 20 faxes and can be accountable to explain them. They started this whole matter by flooding us with faxes. If they wish to send the 20 back, then that is fine, put a name and number so we can identify them for the prosecutors. To get a warrant for someone, you have to document everything or have a witness. They are not able to be clandestine. Their entire existence is about being clandestine which brings us to the second arrest when they did a blatant home invasion. We need them to help the real prosecutors identify them. What does top brass have to do with anything? There are laws which say you cannot strap a desk to your body and charge others in a threatening manner and most especially with wave after wave fashion. Where they got this desk we do not know but they strapped themselves to it also.
So they know where to put their top brass fax. They should have given us four stars, treated us like kings, treated us with respect and honesty, and made sure we did not get attacked or humiliated. Instead, they chose to rip us off, take us hostage, use fear and intimidation, imprison us, and humiliate us for ten years plus. They have a fascination with strip searches and it is humiliating when they want twenty of them. They should be charged ten thousand dollars for each of the twenty strip searches, six by the Niagara County, NY and the remainder by the federal authorities. This does not include the medical problems. They were looking for a hero to save the poor which quickly turned into a hostage taking to overwhelm or force the matter. It was a desk riot and they were in it. That was just exactly what one of their faxes was about so we are sending it back to the original sender with a little message attached, that’s all. They should have given us four stars and the respect any other human being deserves. Instead, they decided to wage war in the most immoral mode possible and give no thought to the idea that what they were doing was even slightly wrong. They gave no entertainment to the idea that they had to seek approval or authorization, which would have been turned down anyhow. Even if they sought authorization or approval it would have been turned down but we would have had their identity and could have prosecuted or forwarded this to the real prosecutors. Whatever, we are not really engaged or paying attention by the noisy mouth or the foul attitude. Whenever we want an explanation, they ignore it and proceed to rip us off or go on this uncontrollable attack mode where they are compelled to mess everything up day in and day out nonstop.
If they send out one more fax or tell us to calm down because they are the top brass, we will put them into anger management class for the rest of their life. This is their way of passing gas and laughing about it because they are always playing around. They are absolute criminals and now they are complaining about 20 faxes sent to them asking them to knock it off, get away from that girl, and we are not going to watch. Like usual, they increase the misery and the 20th fax we have to send is usually to surrender. We told them their game was not painful to us but much too painful to watch when we are forced to watched loved ones hurt by them. We are commanders and the best soldiers, friends and family are not. What kind of damn scam artist… would complain about how others hurt their feelings when they have no right whatsoever to even open their mouths or threaten loved ones. They do not want to talk to them, but you know what, they sent over 6,000 plus anonymous faxes. Then in the second home invasion, they said we were trying to talk to their girl and was chasing their girl with a knife and a stick by going into her apartment. That is what the police report and the deposition says, look it up. This is why we do not even want to talk to them or receive their faxes day in and day out. This is why they are instructed to never go near any loved ones or friends. Faxes are to be sent to real prosecutors or our lawyers, not us and loved ones. They try to pressure you all the time and force you to break down because they are extremely cruel and mean while they refuse to leave. Now they are complaining about 20 faxes that we sent in 2001 and how they are the top brass. That 20th fax, is documented, and said we surrender and we were arrested and put in federal prison. The ones before it pleaded with them to stop and they sensed a weakness so they actually went for a kill. The attitude was only “hey what are you doing and why are you coming here, why are you sending us all these faxes.” Their attitude when asked was, “we are not doing anything wrong.” Okay then who is and why are they there?
Everybody prosecutor is going to look at history and say the same thing, why didn’t you just give them four stars and let them run their war. Just leave them alone unless you cannot do a better job. Why didn’t you treat them with the respect and honor they deserve and just kept your mouth shut? Why did you have to give them an attitude problem and terrorize their life by holding them hostage for ten years? Why and why was this necessary? Why didn’t you give the four stars everyone is telling you now? Then they are going to say, is this true and the full truth? Why did you tell them they were kicked out and cannot get a piece of the action and prevented from working whatsoever? Did you try to send faxes to their loved ones or win their trust and replace them? Did you try to put thoughts into their minds or force them to defend their lives and everything they have? Did you try to rip them off or pull a scam with a fax about being top brass? Why didn’t you send it to everyone or the real prosecutors to analyze? Why did you block their lawyers? They can either turn themselves in or run. We know they are like nomads and hard to track down because they are always running. Explain the fax about being stuck or trapped. How many times were your feelings hurt and the urge to attack or seek revenge was so overpowering you would not let them go into public? Lastly is who else was this tried on and was it successful?
By sending us this last fax about top brass, we have to use the expletive and fill in top brass with the government. The home invasion was the work of the Niagara Falls Police, the State of New York and their family heritage. Why they circumvented our lawyers, the real prosecutors and the entire legal process we do not know, but it has to do with being clandestine and having a warrant out for their arrest. They should have respected our wishes and our 20 faxes by not making us a hostage. They should have respected our differences and left us alone to enjoy life or the riches of our work. Instead, they put themselves, us and the nation under extreme humiliation because they wanted a piece of what is ours and a piece of the action. This book simply is the manual explaining this and the cyber and satellite warfare program which we were moving offshore at the time due to the events and pressure to be transparent or fully honest. Being fully honest is not a problem and will not be. We are the best soldiers on earth who are also engineers and scientists; not lawyers, terrorists, radicals, scam artists and politicians. How much more honest does the left want, need or demand? They can also speak to the real prosecutors, our lawyers and the public when they are under scrutiny. We are done and we are not even engaged in the matter any further. Stop sending faxes about top brass; we take this as the entire government, not the rotten core. We were raised by the top brass so we know top brass when we see it. If the left has a problem, then we will gladly chew out their supervisors when they begin putting their names on their faxes. Also, stop sending the fax about how they want to speak to our supervisors, we stand alone. We are not one hundred per cent sure if they understand or can process this information; we want them to understanding our clear and concise position on the matter. We are educating the public about the relationship between government, the military and the totality of the world we live in. We are not trying to educate the public on how or why they need to be the heroes of the poor and the global left. We are also the best soldiers and hostage rescuers so we make critical decisions which others live with, not revolt against. We are the people’s top brass, not the top brass’s top ass.
Maybe the same people behind this need to receive floods of anonymous faxes to upset them daily like they like to do and giggle about? One of their stupid anonymous faxes and we go ballistic, try 6,000 plus of them. In total they were chewed out 5,999 plus times and they still do not get it. Now we have to chew out their supervisors and prosecute because our order of protection was refused. We will document every refusal and write up a scientific response, not dogma. Understand this clearly, we are engineers not lawyers, we do not know what to do or how to do it because we were not born with innate primal evil. We were born just into the world and we are not trying to justify this to anyone, top brass or not. Just decide who they believe we do not care and were never engaged in this from the get go. The only time we were engaged was with a girl and the 20 faxes telling them to knock it off.
The only person capable of this behavior is an organized leftist religious group with devotion and dogma behind them. They enjoy sending out these anonymous faxes while complaining about 20 we made to get them to stop, maybe everyone should return the favor. How did they come to the conclusion we were the lucky people to receive all of their faxes and attacks? They said we cannot have four stars until they get a piece of action or until we are destroyed. Whatever, we are the best soldiers, we do not care anyhow. Who is around you makes you who you become; we are ready to chew some heads off. We are not fully ready to have a word with some supervisors but soon we will ask the public if they wish to watch when we chew off some supervisors. If the talent is here; then we will be enablers. We have a lot of work to do and are missing a lot in life having born with only one life to live. Welcome to our parade because our life was stolen. It is like one of those street kids or hardened criminals they pick up all the time who cannot control the urge to attack others or anger them. They cannot control the urge to put their hands on others. They cannot control the urge as if their central nervous system has given up on them.
That nappy speech by the Congresswoman from California about how it was such a happy and proud moment for the nation because a bill was passed raising the miles per gallon of automobiles to 35 is an example of how tacky you want to just say no to the left. She did not build the car, she did not buy the car, and she did not write a report in 1995 about petroleum reserves and future warfare capabilities. Most of all, she really did not do anything except use disingenuous to cover up a huge fall by her own party to spend and accept more credit. It does not take very much brain power or power to spend. That is how we got here and now how they are stuck. Given the way things are messed up and how badly they are messed up, the word Bush Administration would invoke nausea and a slight jitter of yelling like the above paragraphs. They did not get over 6,000 anonymous faxes did they? How come and how come we did? Why did we get all of it when he got none of it? It is unfair and unjust.
We do not even want to hear the word Bush or where the word Bush has been. We do not want to hear how he was voted in to be an activist and plead a case for the left while we got 6,000 faxes about giving the left the secret answer to solve their problems so we can have a national celebration. We do not need to hear how resistant they are about conscription and why. The part about conscription is not in anyone’s power. This entire matter just makes you want to scream, yell at others, and puke your brains out because you are so grossly upset by errors. But you know what, these people are so accustomed and so used to each other, they love working together and hearing the speech by the Congresswoman about how it was such a happy day for the nation and time for celebration by spending more money. What are they so happy about nappy spending and nappy error?
The buzz word for both the Congress and the Bush Administration is “National Emergency Area.” That is what it is and who is going to clean up or pay the bill to clean it up. This will also sum up the total fiscal spending under the Bush Administration because all of it went to national emergencies and war. War on us and paying for cleanup, which was the last ten years and now all we hear, is the word top brass. You have to wonder what these people are paid for and why government cost so much. It is all National Security; you either love it or leave it alone. National Security was not meant to be reformed, there it goes again. You also have to knock some sense into them and make them knock off the knock off scam they all are trying or have been trying.
We got an apology for history from the President but he turned around and did nothing while this was going on because he was an activist with Congress. Buy only Americans and believe only Americans right? How can you use top brass as an excuse to rip off the nation or do all the events documented in this book while receiving top brass pay? Did we mention the faxes? How about trying to get us to do their work for free or when they said “get to work” and we said “kiss my hand?” What about conscription, is it a necessity? If so, then everyone is conscripted to the parade and condemned to the notes of the underground. Resistance is only as good as the offender. Revision, they wanted us to tell them what to do while they got the paycheck and got paid for waging war on us or them. These are the biggest scam artists in the world who also feel they are important and powerful. How about that top brass? You gotta love them in all of their imperfection and powerful glory. They have taken from this nation for over 200 years and now they do not know what to do except read. How do you celebrate that, by spending more or by declaring it a National Emergency Area? If this keeps up, there is going to be a mad rush for the borders as if there is a gold rush and the gold was free to anyone. Life is truly complex.
If we hear one more person tell us to calm down, we are going to write down their name and number and make sure they receive over 6,000 plus faxes from 10,000 hands in the air asking. If we hear anyone say they are top brass, then we are going to chew out their supervisors and make it official by tying them to a desk so they can explode. These are absolute criminals and they have been ordered to turn themselves in or document what they did or did not do over the past ten years, we only care about our ten years. They should have given us four stars and just left it alone for destiny to decide our fate. We know fate well and sleep in it with pride and shame. If the right wing tells us to calm down then we will educate the left and cross our fingers, hope they die, while they have their way. We can take care of the left and they wish to be taken care of. Tell Mr. Clandestine to calm down or drop down and talk to the prosecutors and the lawyers. Tell the real prosecutors how calm they truly are with their new found glory. Do prosecutors need a trail of blood before they can find their way back home? If so there is none, the matter has lost to the heavens.
We sent 20 annoying faxes to tell them to stop sending us 6,000 plus faxes or put a return number or some ID so we could send them back to the European ghetto it came out of. Those 20 annoying faxes went like this; knock it off, get away from that girl, we are not going to sit here and watch patiently as they become crueler and spiteful of our happy parade. We had waited patiently and searched the ends of this earth for this parade. Did it rain or was it sunny? That was what they were complaining about, that is what they put a warrant for our arrest for, to rain on our parade. A parade they were not in but being dragged by invisible forces of failure and paranoia to arrest invisible forces. Now we get a fax from them again informing us they are the top brass but we do not get to see any ID or any sort of identification, so we send the fax back and continue on the parade. If they are aching to prosecute, then they have all the reasons in the world to be mean. We want to hear their voices when these 10,000 hands are in the air and they are smiling in front of the camera with the most trusting and deceptive smile. That is the wisdom of the conniving intellect of a man who once lived under a sun and of this earth. Fate is more powerful than science and we were the first here. We stuck the flag right in them and twisted it with pride. Now they also have a scar they can tell their kids about. They have a hole in them as big as their mouth. Have mercy we will run again and again. Have faith we will believe until there is madness. We care and help enough to not do the same. Where did they go wrong or where can they go wrong? The parade will march on and the band will continue to play, decide if they wish to stay. We only win if they win is team spirit, let’s win. There is no such thing as economy of movement when you are walking backwards. There is nothing absolute when there is nothing to be certain about, you do the best you can and become the disciple to your own effort or defeat. Could it be that they are absolute criminals, or could it be that their entire life is entirely clandestine? Could it be that a warrant would be out for their arrest the minute they did so? They should have given us four stars and stepped back and watched carefully. They should have left alone because the ship is meant to sink in heaven or hell. The glass got drunk so we do not know if it is half full or half zonked. Nothing is better or worse when there is nothing, we see nothing, and there is nothing left.
Here is another fax for them to file. They would have gave us four stars, treat us like kings, treat us with respect and honesty, and make sure we are not attacked or humiliated before using words like partner or friend. Instead, they chose not the safest road or the honest road; they chose the adventurous road of gambling their life away and falling harder than any human being can fall. You never touch anyone who is spinning and we were spinning. That was just exactly what one of their faxes was about so we are sending it back to the original sender with a little message attached, that’s all. They would have given us four stars and the respect any other human being deserves. Instead, they decided to wage war in the most immoral manner and give no thought to the idea that what they were doing was even slightly wrong. You can fight the world and all the causes of the world while not even knowing what the world is fighting for or who you are fighting with. Now you know what they are fighting for. Now you know what they die for. Now you know you can make a difference. Make that difference. Now you know why you are here. The decision to stay is up to the one who decides. They gave no entertainment to the idea that they had to seek approval or authorization, which would have been turned down anyhow. If power and authority is a toy, then there are really no problems anymore. There never was either why panic. Four stars and seven years ago that was decided by a higher being.

BUNKER MENTALITY
Freedictionary.com defines bunker mentality as:
An attitude of extreme defensiveness and self-justification based on an often exaggerated sense of being under persistent attack from others.
In the past, we have seen communities grow at astronomical rates and the power of the political left grow at breakneck speed. When you analyze this growth, you will see the growth was the process of voting in political right wing leaders. In other words, the community feels it will benefit them if they vote in a right wing candidate and market this willingness to help. The community now feels it has some preordained right to justify why they are here. This will end up bringing them more danger because that same right wing leader will now set up a political machine at the highest levels. It will invite a lot of criticism about how and why the left wishes to vote a right wing activist into office.
When a community is cursed with the political left, they must understand it is impossible to get rid of them and not even science, word, or kindness is capable of dealing with this curse of the political left. As much as they plead and state their case to the highest authorities, the simple fact is the obtainment of federal funds and future inclusion with the military machinery guaranteeing the political birth of the left. Now you have just created something called a bunker mentality.
We are very aware of migration and immigration patterns. Migration and immigration throughout the world has been the result of this problem with the political left. Similarly, jobs follow this migration pattern. For a community with a large leftist political base to reverse that migration pattern is very dangerous. This migration pattern is to flee the left, it is not meant to join them, seek their help, or empower them with a bunker mentality. This does not fool the strategist who must face this problem. They are too powerful and usually will use the resources of the state to augment the level of clandestineness. Once they reach power, legitimately or not, the bunker mentality is created. Anyone or everyone is put under 24/7 surveillance, told they are paranoid, and told it is because they have a bunker mentality and need to surrender. To achieve this, there are disturbances and pestering which range from never ending and nonstop to irregular hatred. This would not happen if the political left is able to respect the differences of others, but it does and very frequently. That is considered a normal business day and it has been taken to the extreme levels.
As mean and as degrading as it may seem, the political left are a breed of human characters who will eat a banana, throw the peel out the window and not give any thought to what they did. If you approach them and ask them politely to pick up their trash, they become very defensive and very belligerent. You will be lucky if you wish to escape an argument about how it was not wrong or if there are laws to protect their behavior. Try dealing with this mentality for an entire lifetime. This is why we say the political left is born into this world unjust and unwilling to justify its own birth into the world. Unwilling or not, we try to educate people on the left and give people an understanding of the reality. Maybe they will be able to control and master their fate, and then maybe they will not. We also know the Mongolian style opposition we have gotten is just an ill fated attempt to prevent this education and also prevent many other things. They know how much trouble they will be in if people are educated and they know it will signify their death; they are well aware how much trouble they are in. The political left may not be justified or just at birth but they are born into the world to win and at any cost. Fiscal irresponsibility is that any cost. This is how dangerous they are to an individual and a community, by thinking about safety and wanting to help, they make matters worse.
It is not their behavior which makes you want to get rid of them, it is the fact they come back again and again once you get rid of them. It is the fact when you know someone is sneaking around in the dark, so you turn on all the lights and the whacked out person still thinks it is dark and sneaking around. It is that can do and want to help mentality which is so difficult to get rid of once they are locked onto you. They just will not put it into writing or make this cat and mouse game any easier. It is the fact that every single mistake must be pointed out and even after they are, they pester and will not go away. Pointing out mistakes is futile and we do not even bother anymore, we simply hand it over to prosecutors. They will not self prosecute them and they do not give up while telling you they care and wish to help. Then we ask the prosecutors to give them the full force of the law because they deserve every single ounce of pain and grief this world has in store.
It is also the same people who are reading the book while it is being written. They say they wish to help but it is always on their terms or on terms which upsets you. Once you get rid of them, they come right back and start where they left off. We know the effort is to try and get fed intelligence, then give it to both the left and the right to decipher. The problem is how we do not consider them a friend, know who they are, or wish them in our lives. That is the game they are playing now with snooping and trying to figure out how best to trick or deceive us further. By playing to both sides, they are trying to avoid immunity and prosecution, it is the safest way to steal politically. You would also think after hearing the word no several hundred times, the average person kinder gets it right.
We have visited this problem thousands of times already and the question of what to do or what do we have to do to get rid of Mr. Clandestine. In a decade, we have visited this question thousands of times and Mr. Clandestine hears “no” after thousands of times and is right back at it. Does Mr. Clandestine really think we believe them when they say they are unbiased and want to help? They put themselves through extreme humiliation or extreme danger then turn around and complain about it. We simply do not understand why they skirt every law, endanger everyone, then turn around and complain about it like they are law abiding citizens. They are viewed at this time as fugitives and hostage takers but their actions are even more grossly in error. The only thing we have asked is for them to turn themselves in and speak to the real prosecutors who are waiting patiently. It will be proven just how patiently we have been waiting. We have never asked for their help or written any document to this nature. We cannot take their clandestine efforts, they must speak to the real prosecutors and make this effort. These games with the real prosecutors are going to get them in more and more trouble. There are lawyers involved and grievances. Then they place the pressure on us to explain every single mistake or force them to correct them. It gets nowhere and aggravates the situation more which makes others feel they are as criminality as anyone can get. Why they complain to us and not real prosecutors is not understood. We do not have the authority to prosecute legal grievances; if they have a problem with legal matters, they must contact the real prosecutors, not skirt their authority or the law while revolting or complaining. We are in the tenth year of this and we get zero cooperation while the help we get is never the help we want; they are not the hostage and have no right to complain. We are in the tenth year of this and they are still on attack and complain mode. They are also not the hostage rescuers because we are the hostage rescuers. We always get stuck with something or someone which always turns into an onslaught of attacks. This is going to be a major stumbling area when proliferation is the topic.
Winning is a part of bunker mentality. On the battlefield and real combat, you have bunker mentality. In cyber and satellite warfare you have bunker mentality because it can come at anytime, anyplace and anywhere without a moment of notice or warning. That is bunker mentality and it is also a state of mind described by Thomas Hobbes as a “state of warre.” A bunker mentality is the state of authority. A bunker mentality is the reality because the world is a crazy place with even more crazy people who do not have the acumen to control their own fate. They become stressed this is the process of a bunker mentality. Stress produces frustrations and this frustration leads them to act in illegal or criminal ways which is very difficult to prosecute. To save their skin, they ignore the situation or ignore the need to self prosecute themselves. To save their skin they use authority and power like a novelty or a toy. When power and authority is used like a toy, others get hurt and both thoughts and actions become a weapon of mass destruction. Whenever the topic is a weapon of mass destruction, the strategies overlap the strategy of nuclear arsenals. Terrorists do not back down when they acquire weapons of mass destruction, instead they use it in a fashion to wreak havoc and terror. Maybe by ignoring the issues, they are able to achieve this and make it a reality.
A bunker mentality is merely the process of authority and winning. When the former communist states are analyzed, what is clear to the eye is the infrastructure. However, the reality and political ideology has not changed under a market system. This is why education is so relevant while the process to snuff out this education is so powerful. If you do not educate the problem, the infrastructure will never go away. This is the problem with the left, the ideas never go away. They pester whoever is in power in order to create reforms. In the former communist states, the world is beginning to see market reformed thinkers who are voted into office and it is a doorway for more market minded thinkers. Part of this market thinking mind is the process of education on the market system itself and the need for national security. Without national security, the populous will simply vote into power the leaders who they think will benefit them the most and cure their bunker mentality. Another example of the stress of this bunker mentality would be, “Abandon ship and save you-self!” Stress ignores the solutions while it invokes the devotion of panic to the situation. If you have a leader who is stressed or too ignorant to see reality, then they will use their authority and power to make sure nobody wins and everyone is hurt. They will go down with the ship and taken anyone who is devoted with them. The best people are on the job and they are trying to prosecute the problem when they can get or seek the cooperation needed. This is very difficult when a bunker mentality is constantly thinking about having funds cut off.
Human beings are not aware they must answer the basic issue of why they are present, in power or have authority. To get that answer they have to recognize whether or not they were born just or are they only born to justify the problem. Genetics does have a big predestination along with many environmental factors which bring this out. Life is too complex and human life has too many complexities to simply say behavior is determined by genetics alone. We do know that when it comes to weapons of mass destruction or dangers of an immaculate deception, some people need to be dominated while others need freedom. Those who need to be dominated need to be ruled and those who need freedom need the choices which freedom presents. It is this process of needing to be dominated and ruled which causes various aspects of the bunker mentality. Doing the right thing becomes increasingly more difficult as history expires but it does not mean doing the right thing is not possible because the market allows the freedom needed to manage this human condition.
We do not need more clandestine communication or clandestine attempts to hold us hostage by the left, we have asked them to put their effort in writing where it can be checked for accuracy and theatrics. We have asked them to make known in writing any communications and levels of clandestine efforts because this is a test of criminality. It is not a test of revolt or protest. Criminality is discussed in the chapter called “Clandestine 101.” To ask the cyber and satellite warfare program to go public or explain in detail every single detail of the program can be fulfilled if the political left is asking for this to get to the bottom of the situation. If they ask us to stop or cease any clandestine or transparent effort, then we are fully committed to cooperate. We simply ask for a fair public witness because the wrong actors will not leave. They may have learned why or how they are under a misconception but they have not learned what the solution is. They must accept that solution if they are under or still under the same misconception.
The public will agree with the cyber and satellite warfare program regarding the commitment we have and have written in this book to tell the truth in writing, to be checked for error and conspiracy. We have told the full truth and are not playing with the lives of others in an effort to be defiant. We do not use power and authority like a toy or a novelty. We do not act or have a senseless life which inflicts senseless abuse on others. Maybe the left will have a heart attack because of how stressed they are and come clean by walking into the office of the prosecutors and assisting with this matter before they perish off the earth. At least this will ease the comforts of those affected by their abuse of power and suicide thereafter. That is all part of hostage rescue that you must get used to, the goal is to take others with them. The world is safer but the ones who started the situation were never brought to justice. They will regenerate and have a fine life trying to pester or rip off others. It is not about cooperating with the real authorities or doing the right thing, it is about blocking it and striving for more power until it is the ultimate toy of the left. To say they do not have government backing is not realistic.
We will continue to cooperate with the public as long and as much as needed to prosecute the individuals behind this matter. We hope the people who are behind this matter cooperate fully with the prosecutors as we have instead of constantly arresting us on trumped up charges that have zero merit or authority. Their efforts are completely powerless but they continue the theatrics and the hostage situation with hostage rescuers. We have forfeited the information over to the prosecutors for the hundredth time; we are almost accustomed to bad service and conspiracy. We will try to submit the information to real prosecutors an additional time since we are so accustomed to this now.
Instead the theatrics are constantly changing while the self prosecution is impossible. They always give you what you do not want while telling you they are your masters and in control. The left sees them as preordained to be, become, or am the masters of the human race. They have done the same thing over and over and will continue to do the same cat and mouse game with prosecutors. It is not the choice of prosecutors to demand what they want or the cooperation they need, the political left will make this clear. This is also why the prosecutors are under the microscope because we know the left never gives you what you want and never give the cooperation sought.
Day in and day out the problem of the left is identical. Day in and day out the stress of the left is identical and overlapping. It is not a hearing problem or a learning problem; it is a lack of education. Keep in mind; it took more than a lifetime to get an order of protection from the left. Even when this order of protection was never granted, the political left were still making excuses and trying to make contact with the cyber and satellite warfare program. How do you prosecute the problem with access and proximity when the people who govern access and proximity have already achieved this and refuse to leave. The problem is the nonexistence of this order of protection, then it is the process of seeking it, then it is the process of enforcing it and prosecuting it. This is the bunker mentality of the left because it is the same people who are saying, “We care and we want to help.” How can you care and want to help when the problem is with this order of protection? How can you care and want to help when hundreds of requests for this order of protection is blocked and responded with attacks and nonstop pestering? Is the situation that difficult to understand?
Are the problems of the cyber and satellite warfare program that difficult to explain? On top of this we have the scientific education and the knowledge to engineer the program itself. It is too much to ask and most annoying to waste time away when you are an engineer and your task is scientific principle. Why are you wasting all your time in jail or pleading to prosecute simple things such as home invasions, vandalism and other matters? Why are you not spending time on the big problems and the strategic matters? Are you being attacked and held hostage or something? Do you need an order of protection, what is the problem and why has ten years been pissed away? The people who are behind it do not even have any scientific knowledge or education yet they insist they are the authority and power. That is how ridiculous and how much rage is filled by the situation. They were ordered to speak to real prosecutors and cease the level of clandestine. Instead, they disobeyed repeatedly and circumvented or hijacked the situation making it a long lasting flavor while everyone sat twinkling their thumbs. They cannot exert authority when they are ordered to speak to the real prosecutors and clear up some things relating to conspiracy and using the instruments of power in an abusive manner which furthered or prolonged this hostage situation. Everyone is sitting patiently for the political left to end this situation.
It was an utter disappointment to see who showed up for a fight and to know they are worse than the devil himself. You are not allowed to go out in public or even go on vacation while they are on duty and in protection mode. You cannot work and you cannot do anything while they have you as a hostage and put you under surveillance. We were forced to check each state and finally conclude we had to move offshore, that is how powerful the political left is and how annoying this matter truly is. Had the order of protection been granted back when it was requested, in 1999, then this entire matter could have been avoided. Our hostage taking would have been preventable. Had this order of protection been cooperative, we could have brought each and every one of the left to justice. Instead, nothing ever happened, nothing needs to be fixed, nobody is accountable, and we are the lucky recipients of the bill and the damages. Does it get anymore ridiculous or will the political left leave in search of jobs rather than hold national security hostage while begging for their end and begging for the pity of the public? The left were given a chance to help a decade ago and they blew it. Instead, they managed to become number one on the list. In cyber and satellite warfare there are no second chances and there is no such thing as a second chance, we try to encourage others to be careful and to be mindful that power and authority is not a toy and a novelty of exuberance. You can be the most difficult and the neediest person in the world; it will not change the rules or make any difference. How you argue shooting up our school while we are in our strongest hour is outrageous. We are not sure if they are done but we know they might be done trying. This is why “Shay has the gauge and Vanilla has the nine,” bunker mentality. The immediate threat is not environmental policy or health care. The immediate threat is the structure which h empowers and allows criticism while ignoring the true problems. The United Nations needs to solve the immediate threat rather than invoke or incite more problems for revolt. We judge them by their errors, not their effort.
If there is any military leader on this earth who states he or she is able to defeat the forces of the left on the battlefield, then they are viewed with grave suspicion. At most, you can defend territory; however, to say the left can be defeated on the battlefield is an adventurous mind. There is no weapon which allows this. We do not know if
On the battlefield, it is either victory or loss, there is no such thing as a negotiated peace or a middle gap between victory and defeat. The reason why we do not interfere with military leadership is the availability of options and the goal of becoming the best soldiers in the world. Your heart and mind may want to become the best, so your heart and mind must allow others the ability to achieve this. One rule of thumb that is very important is, you never wage war against your brothers in arms unless they decide to wage war on you in an immoral manner. The political system has been turned into a system of revolt and we only are concerned at this time with the spread of this mentality into other areas of the government. We are confident it will never have a breath in the global military systems of the world. The only way the political left will ever achieve this is to break the golden rule and wage war on their brothers in arms in an immoral manner. There is not one single General out there who will disagree with this disposition of the political left and the global leftist movement. To solve the problem of the left, you must have National Security, it is that easy. Until you can achieve National Security, access and proximity will never be achieved. It is that simple to understand and explain.
If you want to get into the fight, then you must understand the problem. You cannot simply sit back and give orders when you do not know what the orders are about and expect others to follow blindly. We do not know the extent of the problem because those who do this never explain themselves, maybe it is because they cannot and will not, we do not know. What we know is only what we have and even under attack by the left, we have tried to make it known under tremendous pressure and odds. Need the problem spread like a disease of the mind or a failure of the spirit? However, we are accustomed to the bad service now and expect the levels of bad service we have witnessed while being a hostage. That is the worst situation of all, when people not only know it but expect it because they simply cannot do anything right while the matter gets messed up more. If they want to defend the nation, then they need to understand the problem and the solution. If they want to rip it off, then that’s up for the public to judge. We have a hand off policy and were going to just move it offshore, it is that simple. Our goal is to set up the program and write the manuals, not be engaged with an enemy of the state or be dragged through prison and legal proceedings indefinitely. This was not how things are supposed to be but they turned out this way by no fault of our own. It is clearly documented in written material dating back ten years to this present. This was only when it was detected while it was getting worse. We have done everything possible; we leave the rest to the real prosecutors to do their part.
Be very mindful to the reality, we have never said we do not support the right. We wrote the book for the right and for them to clean up their act when it comes to the left. If they cannot do this, then they have no business calling themselves the right. However, the left has no reason or business to even claim to be the right. This book was never intended to be for or intended to be in the possession of the left, however, they will probably try to steal the meaning behind it, clandestinely or not. This book has also made it very clear that differences are to be respected and not violated. It is in no way catered or aimed towards the left; it is intended to become the manual for the right in dealing with global problems. How the left became entangled in this book is left to the real prosecutors who are sought to prosecute the matter. However, somewhere, perhaps a decade ago, this got really messed up. It was the left who came to the cyber and satellite warfare program and attacked it. We only documented what happened and their efforts, and then this was turned over to the real prosecutors. There is a criminal basis and a civil basis in this book which needs to be separated. All civil matters are handled by lawyers; we are soldiers and hostage rescuers, not lawyers. The prosecutors are waiting patiently for the explanations and transparency. We sought a protective order a decade ago to ensure there would be no contact, no clandestine communications, no hostage situation, and most of all no abuse or mistreatment. Our requests turned into a witch hunt and a reckless abuse of power where rashes to judgment were as frequent as the attacks. We are not sure what to make of it because we were not very engaged or interested during it. That protection order turned out to become a hostage crisis. Now we are trying to seek both the legal and criminal basis of that refusal for a protection order which became the basis of the demise of the cyber and satellite warfare program. How wrong could it possibly get?

RUSH: I love that attitude... Because the left in this country has done such a great job of making victims out of every minority and even some majorities like women. In numerical terms, women are a majority, and yet they're victims.
CALLER: You know what, everybody that I know that has a job, any kind of a job, they're doing okay. So who's getting hurt? I don't see anybody getting hurt that has a job.
RUSH: No, but they get caught up in the media narrative of all this stuff, and they read the stories or see them on television, and even though they know that they're doing okay, they're made to worry that their neighbors aren't doing well -- and then they feel guilty and then they believe that things are in turmoil over the state of the economy, even though their own personal experience is as you cite.
CALLER: Just take one homeless person and help 'em. Just go out and help 'em.
RUSH: No!
CALLER: But nobody's going to do that. They'll run you over in a crosswalk, though.
RUSH: Oh, no! You can't help 'em. They're supposed to stay homeless because they are props for the Democrats in the presidential campaign.

The first interesting aspect about the movie is naturally the plot and the characters. The next interesting aspect about the movie is how the main character is Scottish and it is being viewed through the eyes of rugged individualism. Rugged individualism is a very self reliant sect of Protestantism and is derived from Calvinism. The movie “They Live” was an offshoot of the movie “Night of the Living Dead” which preceded it. In that movie the monsters were zombies, not mechanical professionals or social elites of flesh and bones who controlled society. Independence Day is similar because it is science fiction and told through the eyes of the “Men in Black”; not black men as this next news wire suggests.

HILLARY: There's so much we can do if we work together as a world. Now, remember that movie Independence Day where invaders were come from outer space and the whole world was united against the invasion? Well, why can't we be united on behalf of our planet? RUSH: Well, let's talk about movies. You know, I remember the movie Mars Attacks. Remember the little green guys showed up from Mars wearing little glass helmets and so forth and they started zipping and laughing everybody and they had this funny little language -- Ack! Ack! Ack! Ack! -- when they talked to each other. Jack Nicholson is the president. The first lady is Glenn Close. Nicholson adopts a Hillary. These guys walk in and they gun down everybody in the Senate with their little Martian weapons, and finally they head over to the White House to take care of Nicholson and Nicholson gives a little speech. Folks, if she can cite a movie, that we all need to work together in the world to save the planet; I can cite one too. So here comes a little Martian leader with his little glass helmet there with the big bug eyes and veins all over his face, and these Martians don't walk. They just sort of glide in the room, and Nicholson rolls up his sleeves, "Come on, you people. What is it with you little people? We could do so much working together. Look at what we both bring to the table! I don't know what your problems are, but let's sit down and talk about them. This carnage must stop," and of course the little Martian leader has his two minions, one on each side, and he looks around at each of them and sort of goes, "Ack! Ack!" and smiles and offers his hand. The little Martian leader offers his hand to Nicholson, Nicholson takes the little Martian leader's hand and shakes it and then the Martian leaders pops Nicholson with his weapon, kills him, and the little Martian flag pops out of the chest cavity of the dead president of the United States. So if I'd have been in the audience I'd have said, "Mrs. Clinton, remember the movie Mars Attacks? Remember if you just blame your own country for the problems that the world is having, and think all you gotta do is get together and think all the people like the Martian leader in Mars Attacks, you're going to end up and the rest of us..." Citing a movie, Independence Day! Remember, now, the reputation: this is the smartest woman in the world citing movies as foreign policy examples.

When it comes to a bunker mentality or arrogance, the cyber and satellite warfare program should be facing measurements beyond the scope of measurements due to the total number of times we were attacked and the number of times we were imprisoned on the local and federal level. Over the span of a decade at an average of three attacks a day, not including the refusal to go into public and being a prisoner in our home; the total number of attacks registers over 3,000. If you seek the approval and dependence for approval by the authority of the left, then the bunker mentality becomes a measure of how ridiculous and misguided authority can be. There is a basic misconception between authority and real authority. There is a misconception between a personal truth and the full truth. You would also have to measure this bunker mentality on the level of clandestine effort. We have never made any clandestine effort because we never had any desire to run for office, we never had to. It was just a matter of trying to walk in the other direction if possible while someone you do not know or have never met is trying to pursue you or hold you hostage as a prisoner in your own home. It was just a matter of waiting for them to expend all of their ammunitions and tricks or begin the effort to move National Security offshore where conditions may be better and more compatible. Doing the right thing is not a bunker mentality, understanding what you are doing may be.
In the spiritual realm, religious doctrine does demand from the human disciple the effort to do the right thing. There is a big gap between the effort and the result. The problem, however, is whether or not that human being is able to understand the effort. It is like the problem with terrorists, terrorists make zero effort to understand the world they live in, they only understand what they perceive to be their own reality, and then apply to this reality their religious doctrine. Had they made the effort to understand the world they live in or the reality of the world, then the selfish views would not fall to deaf ears. Terrorists make zero effort to understand their hostage or understand the situation, they act frivolously and this creates a lot of danger. Terrorism is not a question of authority, authority is not defined. In textbooks, authority is simply the ability to exert a will on another subject. Even criminals have authority and even the poorest of the poor have authority. Even if the secret formula behind authority remains a mystery, people recognize it when they see it. Therefore, authority is a poor measure of reality and not concentrated in reality alone.
So a bunker mentality only exists when people fail to do the right thing and this can come from either a lack of effort or a lack of understanding to apply the effort. Religion or religious doctrine is not going to cure the problem with dogma in this world which is based on ideology and a lack of scientific thought. However, the relationship between dogma and religion has not been explored. We know extremism and religion is an explosive realationship. It is doubtful if religious or parochial teachings will cure genetic deficiencies. This means that if a person born unjust, introducing religion will make that same person religious and more unjust. Compassionate religions do have very promising aspects towards education and produces some of the best teachers who study religious texts, then mindfully apply it to the sciences. Religion does not cure dogma which we see from the political left and neither does the sciences.

RUSH: Hey.
CALLER: I have a question and maybe a comment. It seems to me that you're absent any kind of evaluation as to the performance of Mitt Romney yesterday on Meet the Press. I'm just curious as to why that seems to be the case?
RUSH: In fact I've got some Romney sound bites coming up in the second half hour of the program.
CALLER: Okay. Well, you know, I guess my thoughts on that is and I know I'm going to be kind of bold, unlike what he seems to be.
RUSH: (laughs)
CALLER: I don't see much of in you depth to him. He seems to be very just political, and it was interesting that you were talking about appearances and so forth, because on the surface this guy looks great -- and, you know, I haven't been following these people that are in the Republican Party very long, but last week, Mitt made a pretty neat little speech there with George H. W. Bush --
RUSH: That was a great. By the way, that was a fabulous speech for what it was.
CALLER: I agree with you, and unfortunately, he didn't seem to carry that same kind of a fortitude in his gut over to yesterday's performance, and I guess one of the things that really bothered me most so that when he was asked by Tim Russert if he would use, you know, the liberal terminology and try to catch people, a litmus -- quote, unquote, "litmus" -- test, of course not. It was just so political. It was so superficial to me. Nothing that I could really sink my teeth into. It bothered me. As an atheist, even being thought to have a position on the Supreme Court? Ludicrous!
RUSH: Wait, wait, wait, wait. Did he say an atheist could serve on the Supreme Court?
CALLER: He said that. "Would there be a litmus test?" in other words, if somebody --
RUSH: Well, that's not... You know, you don't better than... The litmus test question is, "Are you going to make sure somebody wants to overturn Roe vs. Wade?" It's all about abortion. That's an abortion question. The atheist question came up, he was asked was: "Do you think atheists could be moral?" He said yeah.
CALLER: Well, yeah. Yeah, I think that the litmus test is always used -- you're correct -- but this is in the context of who would be suited to be on the Supreme Court, and I thought that it was very weak of him not to just come out and say," No, I believe that the Founding Fathers had a position, and that position was based on morality and godliness, and I don't see any reason why we shouldn't use this, quote, unquote, 'litmus test' to see who is suited to be on a court that has so much power." I don't think that's farfetched, at all.
RUSH: Okay, I agree with you about one thing. I wish you would have carried over to the themes that he addressed in that speech. He had the opportunity because Russert spent, what, 20 minutes of a whole hour yesterday talking about Mormonism and religion? He had the opening today it. He had to know Russert was going to do that. You can't blame Russert. If you agree to go on the show, the show is what it is so you gotta be able to handle what they ask.
CALLER: Oh, absolutely. I'm not blame Russert at all.
RUSH: You can't say, "Well, the Democrats don't get asked these questions," because you know there's a different standard.
CALLER: Of course, I understand that. Of course what it is is there's the leadership quality that you didn't see him fill. I've been beholding judgment and just trying to --
RUSH: I want to ask you a question, and I'm not being frivolous with this or any other "-ous" with this. But I want to know something from you. How did you think he looked? Physically.
CALLER: (laughs) Right.
RUSH: Forget what he said, forget the words. How did he look?
CALLER: Well, this is interesting. I was listening while I was waiting online, and you were talking about appearances, and I'm telling you, the guy looks great. He looks presidential. He had the appearance. I mean, if you were to have a people picture of somebody that would be put into a presidential mode, he's the man. But see, that means very little to me, and I don't think it means a whole lot to the majority of the American people. I really believe that. But that's not to say that there aren't also quite a few people in the American group that do care about nothing more than appearances. But, no, he looked great. But what does that mean? I mean I'm interested in what the guy thinks.
RUSH: I understand what you're saying. I'm telling you it means more than you know. This is not... Don't misunderstand anything, folks. I don't endorse people in the primaries unless there's just two people and one of them is clearly above the other, and that's not the case here yet. It's tough. I've met Mitt Romney one time, and it was about 45 minutes, and he was genuine and nice. There was not one moment in that 45 minutes I thought I was talking with an actor who was trying to spin me or show me something about himself that wasn't really true, but that's true of Bush, too. Bush is so different in person than he is when you see him on television. It's striking, the difference.
CALLER: I have no reason to doubt you, that's for sure. I never met him. I guess to me it just --
RUSH: You sound just like Romney, by the way. You sound very much like Romney. Your inflection, your intonation, sound a lot like Romney.
CALLER: Hmm.
RUSH: You sound very genuine to me.
CALLER: Well, you know, I would hope to think that I am. I would think that you are as well and that's why I listen to you for so long.
RUSH: Are you tending to want to vote Republican in the presidential race?
CALLER: I gotta tell you, I have to confess, I don't vote, normally, because I live in
RUSH: Well, I was going to bring that up but I decided not to because, you know, I didn't want you to think I was saying, "Hey, Mitt can be that if Hillary is." I didn't want you to think I was saying that.
CALLER: (laughs) I know.
RUSH: But you're right, there's no authenticity on that side of the aisle either.
CALLER: No kidding. I just don't know. It just struck me. Something so basic as to who we would choose to be on the Supreme Court, and yet he seemed to vacillate in that, and then he used the word "fees" rather than taxes, which is what they are. You were 31 years old, and your church was excluding blacks from full participation. Didn't you think, 'What am I doing part of an organization that is viewed by many as a racist organization?'"
ROMNEY: I'm very proud of my faith, and it's the faith of my fathers, and I certainly believe that it is a, a faith -- well, it's true and I love my faith. And I'm not going to distance myself in any way from my faith. But you can see what I believed and what my family believed by looking at, at our lives. My dad marched with Martin Luther King. My mom was a tireless crusader for civil rights. (snip) I was anxious to see a change in my church. I can remember when, when I heard about the change being made. RUSH: Now, these are the two that we have. Cookie, don't bother to go get 'em, it's not... Well, maybe for tomorrow, the atheist and the Supreme Court questions, since that's what the guy from
You have to formulate the picture. You have to listen to the words which help formulate the picture. It's what we call in this business "active participation," "active listening" rather than passive. You know, there is passive listening to radio, and that's when you listen to elevator music stations. You can have it on in the background. You don't really care what's going on. But a program like this, which is compelling, is called active. Television can be passive. You can have television on and be doing gobs of other things. You can have your television on, have your attention be distracted, and you really don't mind. Radio is a little bit different thing because you're totally engaged. So when you listen to Romney here, and you don't see him, you don't have any idea what he looks like, does he come across as calculating and an actor and contrived? It doesn't to me. But if you see it, you might come up with an entirely different perception, which is also I was saying at the top of this first hour about how important visual perceptions are with our Hollywood-born and bred addiction to perfection. Now, Huckabee responded to Romney on Late Edition with Wolf Blitzer yesterday. Blitzer said, "Okay, Romney wants you to apologize to the president. What do you say?"
HUCKABEE: I'm the one who actually supported the president's surge. I supported the Bush tax cuts when Mr. Romney didn't. I was with President Bush on gun control and Mitt Romney wasn't. I was with the president on the president's pro-life position when Mitt Romney wasn't. I was with the president on his position on same sex relationships and marriage when Mitt Romney wasn't. I was with the president on the legacy of the president's dad and Ronald Reagan, when Mitt Romney wasn't. So, you know, I don't have anything to apologize for.
RUSH: Okay. Not a bad answer, folks, not a bad answer. He didn't answer the question, but it's not a bad answer. He didn't talk about Bush and the bunker mentality and so forth. He was very critical of Bush foreign policy. "No, I was with the president on the surge." I don't know if he's accurate on all these claims about where Romney was and wasn't, any of that, but still a good answer -- and you don't apologize. I don't care what. With something like this, you don't apologize. That's when you look like you are weak. It's one of the cardinal rules for young media stars of the future: you don't apologize until you have established a deep and loyal connection with your audience, and when it's genuinely required, but you don't do it to gain points. You don't do it to score points. You don't do it for any reason other than being genuine.

RUSH: We go back to Eureka, South Dakota, this is Charlie. I'm glad you waited, sir. Welcome to the EIB Network.
CALLER: Rush, thank you very much.
RUSH: You bet, sir.
CALLER: I am totally honored and humbled by being able to wish you, sir -- the supreme conservative commander of the world -- mega dittos and merry Christmas.
RUSH: Thank you very much, and the same to you, sir.
CALLER: I have a number of things about Mike Huckabee that I really, really love and I'd like to push one really neat idea. When my kids were in school, I told my children that if your science teacher wants to talk about evolution, you raise your hand, you stand up, and you say, "Sir, if you want to think that you came from apes, my father has instructed me to let you think that, but the Hoffmans do not, sir," and Mike Huckabee's conservative response to the creationism on national television to millions and millions of people, just put fear into the hearts of all the liberals who want to think that there is somebody else out there besides God running our lives.
RUSH: All right, I'm very curious. I'm glad you called, Charlie, because you're an avowed, committed Huckster, and I want to ask you, what is it primarily about Mr. Huckabee, Governor Huckabee that excites you? Is it that he's a Baptist minister, former Baptist minister and is saying things that resonate with you on matters of like you just said creation and God, is that the primary reason he's an attractive to you?
CALLER: Really what I'm attracted to, Rush, is he is kind. He is thoughtful. He is the quickest man on his feet with the correct answers that I think have a moral basis, better than all the other candidates.
RUSH: What all do you know about his policies and the things that he did as governor, the things that he said policy-wise during his presidential campaign?
CALLER: I do not know a lot about what happened in
RUSH: Well, okay. I actually think he's a populist like
CALLER: Okay.
RUSH: This is the only two paragraphs. "The
CALLER: I would have to say that I would agree with the latter part, being that I don't think it's in our best interests to follow what the UN is doing. I think we should be autonomous from that.
RUSH: Well, that's the Law of the Sea Treaty, but he didn't just attack the UN. He aimed at the Bush administration, and he said it's an "arrogant bunker mentality that's been counterproductive at home and abroad." He also said that
CALLER: I agree a hundred percent, and I would say, too, though, to that, the decrease in deaths in
RUSH: So Huckabee writes this piece basically savaging the Bush administration's "arrogant bunker mentality." Now, one thing I know, I remember back in the '92 campaign, Ross Perot came along, and I had my instincts. I had misgivings about it from the get-go, and I shared those misgivings, and I tried to talk the Perot people out of it. "You people are being fooled. He's not even serious about wanting to be elected. There's something else going on here. I'm going to get to the bottom of it and find out." I found out what it was. When it looked like he was going to win, he pulled out, then he got back in. He basically gave the election to the Democrats and Bill Clinton. But what I remember is that all during that period -- when I was so intense and so purposefully desirous of trying to get the Perot people to see the light -- they didn't want to see it. They were like cultists, and I learned that you cannot talk cultists out of their cult. You just have to let 'em see it for themselves in the time it takes for it all to unfold, and I think with Huckabee, I don't think his people are cultists, don't misunderstand.
CALLER: Right.
RUSH: But I think there are two or three things about him that have drawn people to him, that are going to make them overlook some other things that ought to raise some red flags.
CALLER: Okay. I would have to agree and state that he might be trying to work his way towards the middle, which, in America today, I think if you're going to try to get 54, 55% of the vote and become president, you need to be closer to the middle than the outside.
RUSH: Well, now, what is the outside? Is mainstream conservatism the outside?
CALLER: Uhhh.
RUSH: See, Ronald Reagan didn't move to "the middle." Ronald Reagan got two landslides on straight, down the middle conservatism. It wins nationally every time it's tried.
CALLER: Right. Right. I would say the conservatives today in
RUSH: No.
CALLER: -- expecting them to do it.
RUSH: Conservatives have the compassion to tell people less fortunate than us how to change their circumstances, how to educate them, how to teach them. Because we believe, as conservatives in the full potential of every human being, based on how much that human being wants it, and that's what we try to do. We count compassion by how many people don't need federal assistance anymore.
CALLER: I agree.
RUSH: That's our definition of compassion.
CALLER: I agree. We get up everyday. We have one thing that we need to work on. That's our own attitude. We can either make to or break it --
RUSH: Right.
CALLER: -- in the first five minutes of the morning.
RUSH: My only point to you is that -- and I'm not going to repeat what I did with Perot, because it's not going to work. The only thing I'll say to you is, "I think if you dug deep, you would find..." Well, you admitted it. You think Huckabee is "moving to the middle," because he's moving to the middle, he's abandoning what? The right. He'll stick solid on certain things on the right because he knows that he is attracting a portion of the population based on religious and moral and ethical values, which is fine, but on some of these other areas that also define conservatism like taxes and so forth, he doesn't have the pedigree. But I'm not going to try to talk you out of it. No, I don't even think about it. I'm not trying to talk you out of it. I'm not attacking you because I know you can't, because you called here and you think he's the one true conservative out there because of the things that matter a lot to you, he's right on the money on them. So we'll see what unfolds in the few short weeks ahead to when we finally get nominees for both parties. In the meantime, Charlie, thanks for the calm. It's great to talk to you. Thanks for enduring my, quote, unquote, "challenge." You're a gutsy guy.

RUSH: Pete Wehner, who used to work in the White House (he was on Karl Rove's staff, number one behind Rove) has a piece today on Huckabee. It's at National Review Online, and he also wants to take issue with the first two paragraphs of Huckabee's essay that he wrote in Foreign Affairs magazine, particularly the claim by Huckabee that we're too mean around the world; we're trying to dominate the world, and we need to be more like a top high school student, modest about our abilities and achievements, generous, and that we will be loved. If we keep dominating people, we'll be despised, and "the Bush administration's arrogant and bunker mentality has been counterproductive at home and abroad." Now, understandably, Mr. Wehner, is a former member of the president's staff working with Karl Rove. So keep that in mind as I share with you just some brief comments from his essay today.

You run around, and you criticize our country, you criticize our president while you're taking billions in aid from us, you get on the excrement list, and you get cut off -- and you don't get off the excrement list until you've done two years of praising this country and thanking it and so forth. I guarantee you, it will never happen, but it would make us the most loved nation on the face of the earth -- until about a year after they get off the excrement list, then if they start trashing us again, then we'd have to put 'em back on the excrement list, and we'd have to have the guts to keep doing that.
